Becoming a trainee at EDAG Group offers newcomers to the job market a huge range of prospects: this much Alexander Stolz knows from experience. Alexander, who has been with EDAG Group since 2003, has recently graduated in automotive engineering in Stuttgart, as his year's best student.

Parallel to being taught the theory, trainees are integrated in teams from the very beginning, and make an active contribution to work being carried out on projects. The experience gained by the young people during this time is invaluable for their future careers: they learn to work independently and responsibly on projects, and to put their individual abilities to the best possible use in the team.
