Since the year 2000, EDAG has also been providing international aircraft manufacturers with engineering services. Here EDAG´s associated company ELAN-AUSY GmbH focuses mainly on offering engineering services for structural assemblies and cabin components, and in the field of systems and systems integration. ELAN-AUSY GmbH is one of the chosen few "EADS E2S preferred supplier for engineering services" worldwide. Since June 2011 the french AUSY-Group, which now hold 51% of the shares, has been the majority shareholder of the ELAN-AUSY GmbH.

Furthermore the EDAG has a 50% share in the joint venture Dürr EDAG Aircraft Systems GmbH (DEAS). This joint venture of EDAG and Dürr supports customers in the aircraft industry with respect to best possible production capabilities.
