We provide a comprehensive range of services and solutions in the following fields: E/E engineering services, E/E system engineering, E/E vehicle development and cross-divisional process management.
In the innovative field of electric mobility, we carry out the integration of new E/E components and modules in sustainable vehicle concepts, and are also involved in the central theme of energy in the vehicle.

Competent and experienced, the staff of the E/E Engineering Services department can support you with your electrical and electronic development schemes, supplying a service spectrum ranging from the smallest support order through to entire development packages, which can be completed either on EDAG premises or at your own site, depending on your specifications.
Our employees have skills and experience in our customers' own specific engineering systems and processes. The consistent integration of these employees in the on-site development team enables us to guarantee smooth and efficient support of your day-to-day business.
For instance, our staff will assist you with development projects, starting with the definition of the specifications in requirements management tools such as Rational DOORS, through to model-based software generation, e.g. in dSpace TargetLink.
Further tasks such as the physical and functional integration (i.e. design tasks), space testing and cable routing in Catia V5 are as much a part of our service range as the integration and validation of control units in HiL systems and even interface tasks, e.g. as a component supervisor through our E/E Engineering Services department.

The E/E System Development department provides a service spectrum ranging from the development of hardware and software for comfort and convenience electronics and the development and production of testing systems, through to the development of power electronics systems for electric and hybrid vehicles.
To round off our expertise throughout the entire product life cycle, we develop and produce our own E/E niche products which focus on measuring, controlling and regulating the vehicle's energy.
As our development processes have been established in line with IEC 15504 (Spice), we are able, in-house, to handle the complicated development of safety-relevant systems in accordance with ISO 26262 for you, from the definition phase through to readiness for start of production.

The E/E Vehicle Engineering department takes on all tasks relating to functional development in your derivative and complete vehicle projects, from initial start-up and protection through to the approval process.
We take responsibility for the E/E architecture in the entire vehicle: from the early stage involving the tasks of defining functions, partitioning and drawing up requirements specifications, through supplier management, general schedule planning and monitoring, to component and complete vehicle integration, and to SOP. As the systems supervisor, we thus handle the entire the development of E/E vehicle systems, from the outset through to readiness for serial production.
We centre our activities on the new challenges of electric mobility, concentrating these skills in the field of E/E vehicle development. Our focus is on the layout and safeguarding of the electric drive system with standard simulation tools, and the development and integration of components and systems for hybrid and electric vehicles.
The Process Management department attends to the cross-divisional management of all processes aimed at achieving milestones in the joint product creation process. Our services guarantee high-standard component and vehicle approval, both in our day-to-day business and complete vehicle projects:
