Target-oriented communication and integration in customers' committees
At EDAG, management support for our projects is provided by in-house committees. In communications with the customer, we take part in the relevant communication and decision-making committees, and ensure that information on the stage of development and achievement of objectives is up-to-date.
Open, transparent and target-oriented communication - within customer systems themselves if necessary - makes it possible for customers to evaluate information.

Project management and risk assessment
Complete project planning and the definition of milestones or targets are the cornerstone of target management. Should any conflict arise between targets and performance specifications, alternatives are proposed after all requirements have been taken into account.
The early detection of risks, conflicting needs and interests and the timely instigation of countermeasures are project management tasks. This helps to guarantee that deadlines and product quality are upheld.
Target management ensures that current forecasts on the achievement of objectives is permanently available.

Maintaining a balance between quality standards, ambitious deadlines and the lowest possible cost is a task as well as a matter of course to our project managers.
Our project managers and supervisors at all levels have been trained and prepared for these tasks.
Taking the results of "lessons learnt" workshops in which experience gained in the course of projects is regularly compared, our quality management team analyses optimisation potential, which is then assimilated into the ongoing development of our project management.
