Tailored solutions from concept to execution

Our aim is to plan and complete a control system tailor-made to meet your requirements. In the process, we evaluate the cost-benefit profile of systems already on the marketplace and compare this with an individual development, taking into account IT requirements, functional aspects and life cycle costs. IT requirements, functional aspects and lifecycle costs are also taken into consideration.

Concept Phase

Concept through to formulation of solutions

In our team, automation engineers work hand-in-hand with IT graduates to plan and effect integrated control concepts. We plan what is required for the building, the building's infrastructure, production material controls and operation, all under the focus of energy-efficient solutions. In addition, there is production control, e.g. SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) or MES (Manufacturing Execution System), by means of which the data are to read out of the production material controls and processed. The next hierarchical software level is ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning System), used for the commercial management and handling of orders. We have a great deal of experience with commercial products and in-house developments, both with regard to control technology and in the SCADA and MES environments. Our key focus is on discrete production and assembly. The result is functional descriptions and formulation of solutions.

Implementation phase

In the implementation planning phase concept variants are evaluated in accordance with the customer's priorities, and an individual solution is worked out, to serve as the specification. These documents can be used as bid documents, or undergo further processing to produce the target specifications.

Project management and implementation

The complete project management and programming and initialisation is on offer for the implementation. Experienced software project managers control the development teams. Creation and follow-up of schedules and LOP's, the determining of measures are all part of the tools as are integration planning, development and implementation of test scenarios.

In most cases no new systems are planned and implemented for plant renovations or model integrations, existing plants are just enhanced through various functions. This is where our engineering approach helps, where functionality is put before usage of predetermined products.
