The field of robotics is a vital link between engineering and realisation. Early involvement during the engineering process makes it possible to systematically optimise the production processes, cycle times and locking mechanisms of your equipment. Our specialists use the RCS controller to carry out offline programming (OLP). The RCS controller takes the real movement algorithms of the robot into account. The results of the simulation are:

  • fully functional robot programs through downloading from the simulation systems
  • equipment documentation in accordance with your specifications, e.g. robot & robot accessories order lists, structure /cells & robot documentation, test reports or process videos.

This helps to ensure that your production plant can be put into operation quickly and easily. Calibration of the equipment, including adapted robot programs, reflects the real-life structure and can be taken as the basis of future planning considerations, e.g. for preliminary checks or optimisation.
