Car body production

We manufacture separate assemblies and complete vehicle bodies. Our product spectrum ranges from prototype and experimental construction applications to series production, where special quality and performance requirements apply.

We have an extensive spectrum of technologies to draw upon. Use is made of state-of-the-art joining technology, both manual and robot-controlled. The spectrum also includes automated roller hemming and gluing processes, as well as laser welding and soldering.

In the field of development, we are partners to the development departments of both EDAG and OEMs. However, we also assist tier 1 and 2 suppliers with the implementation of prototype volumes.

Our strengths are our ability to supply, our top quality requirements and prompt delivery of make-and-hold orders. We continually guarantee processes audited by customers and test institutes, and work to either our own or customers' standards.
