For the eighth time in a row, EDAG has won a "Top Employer" award. The company took 2nd place in the "Automotive " category.
In Düsseldorf, on 19th February, 2015, EDAG Engineering AG received its eighth "Top Employer" award for outstanding human resource management in a row. At the end of the independent appraisal by the Top Employers Institute, the Wiesbaden engineering service provider took an excellent 2nd place in the "Automotive" category. According to the jury's decision, EDAG offers its employees excellent working conditions. In other words: the company takes extremely good care of its workforce.
"We are delighted to have received this award, and see it as a reward for our work-life balance activities, constant education and training and our health management," explained Alexandra Dantmann, EDAG HR Manager, at the official awards ceremony in Düsseldorf.
The feel good factor, the working environment and the chance to align one's own de-velopment with that of the company have become decisive factors in helping an applicant to decide whether or not to accept a job offer.
"As a design engineering company, we know that outstanding results and new concepts can only be brought about if everyone pulls together and accepts a high level of personal responsibility. And for this reason, we set great store by a flat hierarchy, the performance-oriented development of men and women for managerial positions, and by open respectful cooperation," pointed out Harald Poeschke, EDAG COO.
