Variotrans

The Variotrans can be used for horizontal transport and for gradients of the conveyor up to 15° (up or down transport). It is self-regulating and permanently transports goods up to 100kg to freely selectable destinations.

Due to soft start/stop of the carriers in the accumulating area, the transport of components is particularly gentle and quiet. The compact and space saving design permits the use of the system as a floor, wall or overhead conveyor.

The empty trolleys are automatically returned without special installations on the return track and are automatically provided for the following loading. In accordance with the needs of your production facility the Variotrans can be prepared for manual or automated loading and unloading.

The Variotrans is very economical due to minimal power requirements. 15 Minutes of use requires approx. 1.1 KW.

High flexibility is possible due to corresponding transport speed and free arrangement of loading and unloading destinations.
Maximum transport speed is 12.7m/min.
The use of suitable accessories enables an installation as a complete storey conveyor or the upgrading to a three-dimensional conveyor system.

The rotating axle is powering the carrier by wheels that change the rotation into movement. The speed is regulated by the angle between wheel and axle.
