Cell Separation / Changing Door Accumulator

With our cell separations we provide an essential space advantage in the case of limited hall or system height. The top-down opening variant consists of the base frame and the moving window frame which are powered by a motorised tooth belt. Optionally equipped with operator protection it can also be used as a protection window.
The bottom-up opening variant is equipped with a moveable roller apron. This roller apron, made of anodised aluminium profile with PU-hinge-piping, realises a calm operating noise of the roller shutters. The modular designed base frame enables a variety of different measure combinations and can therefore be fitted to your system very easily.
The roller shutters can be opened and closed independently, so that maintenance work can be effected at one cell and the other cell with the stored components can continue manufacturing.

Our changing door accumulator secures a loading position, where e.g. a robot has access. While the front door is open and an operator loads parts, the robot has no access. If the front door is closed, the operator has no access, but the robot has.
