Since the year 2000, EDAG has also been providing international aircraft manufacturers with engineering services. Here the EDAG subsidiary ELAN GmbH focuses mainly on offering engineering services for structural assemblies and cabin components, and in the field of systems and systems integration. We emphasize here that ELAN GmbH is one of the chosen few „EADS Preferred Engineering Services Supplier“ (E2S) worldwide.

As the second column within the Aerospace division, Mühlenberg Interiors GmbH & Co. KG offers the production of high-quality cabin equipment, in the process already making use of ELAN's engineering portfolio.

Furthermore the EDAG has a 50% share in the joint venture Dürr EDAG Aircraft Systems GmbH (DEAS). This joint venture of EDAG and Dürr supports customers in the aircraft industry with respect to best possible production capabilities.

Today, the Aerospace business unit has more than 600 members of staff working for the international aviation industry. We offer our customers the competence and flexibility of a long-standing medium-sized supplier to the aerospace industry, coupled with the economic strength and internationality of a globally active corporate group.
