Germany tidies up
EDAG has donated 3,500 Euros to the RTL telethon

As part of EDAG internal KAIZEN activities EDAG has decided to apply for the initia-tive "Germany tidies up". The goal of the initiative is to slowly optimise a working day using the idea of the continuous improvement process.

The idea behind it all is to cre-ate an employee-driven change culture. The first step is for the employees to improve organisation at their own desk and become cost-conscious and pay attention to addnig value. All employees are invited to scrutinise existing procedures and to change them.

"It was with pleasure that we joined the initiative, we have been working on the intro-duction and implementation of KAIZEN since 2007.. And now we want to compare ourselves with other German companies and qualify for the advertised award" Manfred Hahl, EDAG COO. "We happily gave RTL Telethon, who work together with the initia-tive "Germany tidies up" a donation of 3,500 Euro." The money benefits chosen child relief projects.
In May 2010 it will be announced at the "Office Excellence Congress" in Dresden if EDAG is one of the award winners.
