The components are loaded normally at the bottom or at the top by overhead, robot etc. onto a part rest group (4 – 6 parts).

The part rests convey the components to the top or to the bottom into a defined unload position.

The part rests flap automatically backwards after unloading of the component. Due to this each vertical accumulator can be loaded or unloaded in each position. The part rests can be made of plastic or steel.

Structure

» Vertical Conveyor with base frame.
» Four vertical part rests, also six with long components.
» The center drive to the separate part rests is effected via cardan shafts. For this reason a
    flexible adjustment according to the component design is possible.
» The systems can be executed as double vertical accumulator and as single vertical accumulator.

Floor-linking function

The vertical Conveyor can link two floors, so that you can use your industrial surface in an efficient and optimised way.

Advantages

The vertical Conveyor requires less space and makes vertical conveying to the second floor possible.
