Fields of application

The Vario Lifting Unit is used with the station lifter, skid lifter and shuttle. The unit is driven by an electro motor with a gearless drive. As a result there are no interferences between the lifting units. Software synchronizes several drives. The Vario lifting unit has a high lifting velocity (240 mm/sec.) and a high repeatability +/- 0.5 mm). Through the reduction of components and bought-in parts one only needs to store a minor amount of spare parts. The unit is flexible, quickly mounted and easily installed and set up. The Vario lifting unit can be ordered as a stand alone system including a complete control on request.

Application Shuttle

The upstroke columns can be extended, reduced and arranged variably within the station. For a smooth component pick up the speed will be reduced. The counterweight system and adjustable pull-shaft modules are inapplicable i.e. no longer necessary.

Lifting-Steping-Shuttle

The shuttle is available as Type Series SH60 and SH80 with a track width between 500mm and 800mm. In lowered position a lower overall height can be achieved, e.g. upstroke 600mm, height 550mm. The moving speed averages 1m/s and the stroke speed averages 150mm/s.

Our proven Shuttle System was completely overhauled in 2007 in order to meet the requirements of modern production facilities.
