Our protection windows safeguard your personnel effectively within your equipment. At the loading stations the worker will on the one hand be protected while loading and on the other hand protected against flying sparks and welding splashes. The protection window has different kinds of application possibilities for the different production processes.

The base frame consists of a welded steel-tube frame. For safety reasons the moveable protection frame is aluminium. In die drive area only drives with low engine power are used. In our system we have integrated our own safety contact strip in accordance with the EDAG concept. This gives optimum safety for the worker in the case of unintended moving and contact in the closing area.

More safety with the EDAG concept

With this contact strip, we fulfill all existing standards (e.g. EN 953) in this area of responsibility. The allowed dynamic force during the closing procedure will always stay low. After the window is closed the safety brake protects the loading area against opening during the manufacturing process.

The system gives an insight to your manufacturing process. All installed viewing windows are shatter-proof and flame retardant (classification of fires B1). We also, of course, performed a type examination test for the protection window.

The protection window is available in the following variants:

• One piece bottom-up opening with sheet panelling, passageway opening and desk workplace
• Telescopic opening with sheet panelling and passageway opening
• One piece top-down opening
