In the Robotics department, we create offline programs for industry robots and SPS. By being closely tied to manufacturing simulation, manufacturing processes, cycle times and locking mechanisms can be optimized at an early stage. Prior to initial start-up, Assembly Control will match the facility with simulation data in order to detect and correct errors early on.
We put the facility in motion!
In addition to standard applications, the simulation tool (eM-Workplace or Igrip) is programmed offline for special manufacturing processes, such as seam rolling and lasering. These programs include SPS commands, locking mechanisms and macro instructions. Calibrating allows the programs to be adjusted to the facility's actual setup. The robots are able to perform their tasks within the shortest amount of time.
Our services also include customized online programming for various robot controls in standard and special applications. Qualified personnel supervise major construction sites on location and provide comprehensive consulting in the robot technology field.
The Robotics Team is an important link between engineering and implementation. For quality production start-up.
